1. Please ensure that the correct item(s) have been selected before you complete the checkout
2. Eden Gifts will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong items are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
3. In the event of the unavailability of items after payment is made, we will ask for your second choice. Should there not be a reply, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
4. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).
1. The renter shall use the float(s) & pump(s) at your own risk, we are not responsible for any mishaps
2. Check the float(s) & electric pump within 24 hours after collection and let us know if there are any problems, failure to notify us within 24 hours will mean that the items are fine. Should there be any problems, the deposit will be deducted accordingly
3. By renting the item(s) will mean that the renter agree to all the terms and conditions stated
4. For rental bundles, if the bundle consists of 2 color/design choices, colors/designs will be given at random or subjected to availability
Orders & Payment
1. Modes of Payment: Visa, Mastercard debit or credit cards. iBanking and PayNow/PayLah/PayAnyone options are available.
2. We will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once payment has been made.
1. All deposits will be refunded back to your original mode of payment.
E.g If you are using credit card, it will be refunded back to your card
For iBanking and PayNow/PayLah/PayAnyone mode of payment, please provide us your bank account number.
Self Collection & Delivery
1. Meetup timing are on a first come first served basis. Should the slot be full, please select another timing.
2. If you are unable to make it for self collection, please inform us 3 hours before the collection/return time
3. All deliveries are done by different outsourced courier compaines, please ensure that there will be someone around at the agreed timing to facilitate the pickup/return of floats at your designated location.
4. In the event of failed deliveries, there will be an additional charge for redelivery to your location.
1. All purchase orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation. Delivery will take 2-5 working days for standard courier
2. For delivery of purchases, we offer normal postage for items less than 0.5kg and standard courier starts from $5 for heavy items.

1. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
2. Discount codes are only valid till the stated date, no replacement and/or extension of expired vouchers are allowed
3. Vouchers are not refundable/exchangeable for cash
4. Each rental is only valid with 1 discount code/voucher. Multiple discounts will not be valid.
